I got my sweet little Rookie a couple of months after the passing of my husband. He is a toy golden doodle. I wanted a small dog, but I had never had one.I had also never had an inside dog, so I was very indecisive and apprehensive. Especially about crate training and house training.

 

I learned about Heavenly Paws AL's puppies from a friend who has one of theirs. I'm so happy I made the decision to go ahead.

 

Karolyn walked me through every step of the process and helped me choose the perfect pup.

 

He has gotten me through the darkest time in my life. He keeps me moving, gives me something to focus on and makes me laugh every day! He's the perfect dog for me. I don't know how I would have gotten through this time without my sweet little fellow.

I had a neighbor whose daughter had adopted a few puppies from Heavenly Paws AL. I had wanted a goldendoodle for years but my husband didn’t want a big dog in the house. Karolyn had 4 puppies for me to choose from available. A mini petite goldendoodle and toy cavadoodle were two of my options. We messaged back and forth thoroughly to make sure the puppy had a good home and I had a good puppy. She really cares about the homes her puppies go to and is very thorough to make sure they do have a good home and feel safe, comfortable and loved when they leave.

 

We love our Lady and Bug and do not know what we would do without them!
